To recreate:

* Install Eclipse
* Install JBoss Tools 4.2.1 through Eclipse Marketplace
* In Central, select software/update
* In the filter, enter "mylyn"
* Observe the results in the attached screenshots - JBDS returns all (4) packages, Tools returns (2)
