[~burrsutter] so to clarify, you want:
* DO NOT create a new Rich Faces connector in Central
* DO NOT remove org.jboss.tools.richfaces.feature from installer
* DO NOT change anything in JBoss Tools / Eclipse

* DO remove option for creation of Rich Faces projects from the File > New menu in JBDS
