Download AS wizard now creates the download destination dir if it does not exist prior to download. See JBIDE-15788.

Add statement to appropriate step in Procedure 2.1. Download a JBoss Community Application Server (*JBT* User Guide, 2.2.2. Download a JBoss Community Application Server [1]) informing that download destination dir will be created if it does not exist prior to downloading.
