I've tried it with JBT 4.2.0 and looks ok except those known issues.
With deployment-structure 1.1 or 1.2, error marker is present, but deployment to EAP 6.1 or WLF 8 CR1 is ok.
With deployment-structure 2.0 error marker is gone, but the project cannot be deployed.
