Would be also good to have this Report Bug action available in error log for log entries. It would let start dialog and fill fields with default values based on log entry content: For example, put stacktrace in description, try to identify component by packages reported in stacktrace.

Shouldn't we add Affected Version field? Should be easy to set default value for it as well.
