Specific QE questions to be resolved before CDW ack+:

* Can we enumerate the specific actions that are supported in off-line mode?
* At a minimum, all examples/quickstarts in Central should build/deploy/run
* And, it should be possible to create new projects for all archetypes in Central
* Maven question - Where will we define the settings.xml and download-able maven repos users will have to install?
* Other than OpenShift, do we know for certain which other tools/features will while the user is offline?
