1. Create JSF project with Servlet version set to 3.1
2. Open web.xml editor of created project
ASSERT: web.xml file is opened with JBoss Tools XML editor
ERROR: web.xml file is opened with XML editor

For web.xml file of JSF project with Servlet version set to 3.0 it works fine
