Len, the administration web UI can be seen on staging. I will send you an e-mail with a link to it. Can you, please, supply the list of people, that will want to access it fom your team? I will need to give them permissions to them. 

The Downloader has nothing to do with Maven. It handles downloads from web browser (makes sure the person, that tries to download has a jboss.org account and checks if it has terms and conditions subscribed and eventually redirects the user to the web page, where it can be done). 

There is a REST API, that can simulate this in case someone does not want to use a web browser, but a download plugin in Eclipse for example.
