Attempted to install JBossAS Tools from Eclispse 32 bit Kepler using update site.   Also tried to install from the downloaded archive.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software currently installed: JBossAS Tools 2.4.101.Final-v20131206-1843-B159 (org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.feature.feature.group 2.4.101.Final-v20131206-1843-B159)
Missing requirement: JBossAS RSE Tools 2.4.101.Final-v20131206-1843-B159 (org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.rse.core 2.4.101.Final-v20131206-1843-B159) requires 'bundle org.jboss.tools.foundation.core 1.0.1' but it could not be found
