There is no e43 or e44 version of com.google.gdt.eclipse.platform.e4x (Google Eclipse 4.x Platform Plugin). 

Since Eclipse Luna 4.4.M5 includes org.eclipse.core.runtime_3.10.0.v20140123-0905.jar and since com.google.gdt.eclipse.platform.e42 3.4.2.v201310081834-rel-r43 requires org.eclipse.core.runtime [3.8.0,3.10.0), there is therefore no way to install GPE from Central into Luna.

As such I'll have to remove it until Google creates a version of  com.google.gdt.eclipse.platform.e4x that will install to org.eclipse.core.runtime 3.10.0.
