Well, it's better in that you can link to the content but the fact that the page scrolls to below the tabs is sorta ugly.

Maybe we'd be better to use querystring variables than anchors for the tabs?

Thus:

http://tools-stg.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/kepler/7.1.0.GA.html?t=central

instead of:

http://tools-stg.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/kepler/7.1.0.GA.html#central

That way you can still key in on the variable but NOT jump the page.
