Changes were made to the User Guide, Hybrid Mobile Tools and CordovaSim chapter, as follows:
* 8.2.4. System Requirements for Hybrid Mobile Tools - removed instructions for setting Android SDK location but added statement saying users need to do this once HM installed and a 'See Also' link to the later section with instructions on how to set the Android SDK location
* 8.2.5. System Requirements for CordovaSim - Added statement clarifying that if BrowserSim is installed then can set BrowserSim JVM, regardless of whether CordovaSim is installed yet or not
* 8.2.6. Install Hybrid Mobile Tools and CordovaSim - added statement after install procedure reminding users to go set the Android SDK location and a 'See Also' link to the later section with instructions on how to set the Android SDK location
* 8.4.1. Customizing Overview - new section
