New 7.x page pushed to github [1] and synched to server - will be live in 30 mins.

Also applied Michelle's copy simplification suggestions in the 7.0, 6.x, 5.x, and 4.x pages. 

We no longer link to the 4.x page as it's out of maintenance, but the page will still exist for those who bookmarked it.
