    Steps to Reproduce: 
# EXEC: launch application wizard and provide some name, type, etc
# EXEC: on the 2nd page check *Create and set up a server for easy publishing to OpenShift*
# EXEC: hit Finish

Result:
Application gets created, the project gets imported but the wizard wont close.

Upcon "Cancel"-ing it you'll see that the server adapter is not created
