with the fix for this the workflow got slightly changed:

When launching the application wizard we checks for the existence of ssh keys and a domain on OpenShift. If either one is missing we pompt the user to upload keys or create a domain. Before the fix for this issue both dialogs were showing up before the wizard was displayed. With the fix for this issue here we first have the wizard showing up and then immediately those 2 dialogs on top of it. If you cancel those dialogs the (dialog and the) wizard gets closed.
