Target Platforms to update:
* For JBT 4.2.0: 4.40.0.Alpha2-SNAPSHOT
* For JBT 4.1.2
** recommended (the one we link to in production update-site and we test against): 4.31.1.Final -> 4.32.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT (calling it 4.32 because it going to be based on Eclipse 4.3.2 as soon as it's released)
** Minimal: no change as there is no API break and as JBT doesn't depend on newer API.
