This feature is contained in ./features/com.jboss.devstudio.core.feature/feature.xml and the update site ./site/category.xml for both 4.1.x and master branches, so upon updating the JBDS target platform used for those builds, the included feature should simply move up from 0.15 to 0.16. 

Therefore there's nothing to do here except verify that once the TP is updated (JBIDE-16411), the JBDS 7.1.1 and 8.0.0 builds contains the updated version at the URLs below.
