My goal would be to have:
1) The plugin should work with Hybrid Mobile Tools - my testing shows that it does not seem to like living in a HMT Project, though it does work in a "cordova create" command line project - perhaps it was end-user error - too many things happening

2) I have no interest in having CordovaSim simulate it but the "warning" message is very distracting - why can't CordovaSim/Ripple just ignore it or at least make a much less intrusive warning message?  One thing I did not test, during livereload, is the message redisplayed with each reload?

I can make the steps work from the command line, but not from HMT.  One problem being that Run on Android Device is broken for Macs and "cordova run android" won't work from a HMT project.
