Actually [~nickboldt]'s change seems to replace consumption of features by direct consumption of bundles. I don't think it's the optimal fix.
Or maybe it can be that ADT released a 23.0.1 that re-introduce the .feature suffix to features.

Anyway, using p2browser on https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ shows that there are some .feature.feature.group and .feature.feature.jar so there is for sure still something to improve in our catalog.

EDIT: It's actually that ADT released a new version 23.0.1 that fixes this issue by keeping the .feature suffix. Cf http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24437564/update-eclipse-with-android-development-tools-23
