Yep, but it's not the whole ADT, it's just a subset (a few bundles not the features). Moreover, as [~maxandersen] identified, ADT 23.0.0 breaks updates from previous versions of ADT, whereas ADT 23.0.1 does fix that. So we'd rather revert to the previous list of IUs (feature-based) to have people still able to update.

ADT 23.0.0 was actually breaking Beta2 build which was referencing feature. Version 23.0.1 should now work again on Beta2 since the features were re-introduced.
