At this point INSTALLED is written in black with no additional data. It menas that the background jobs are still polling the repository in order to check whether an update is available or not. When those jobs are complete, the status is updated and then, the install/update buttons are updated.
By default, we count an installed feature as updatable because even if you click update and no update is available, it just won't show the feature in the installation wizard.
