The older 0.4.0 build is hosted at http://oss.opensagres.fr/tern.repository/0.4.0-SNAPSHOT/plugins/

And yes, we looks like need that tern.eclipse.ide.server.nodejs.embed feature instead of those three separated (by arch) features.
