*devstudio-directory.xml* would not have to change. It's just a catalogue of 2 or 3 plugin.jar references. It has no target url to change.

The only changes would be:

* in the plugin.xml files [0], [1], where the pointer to the URL from which connectors are resolved would be changed
* in the composite*.xml files [2], to include the Central site in the composite
* in the composite*.xml files [3], to be moved to a new location
* http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/configuration/ide-config.properties [4] to match the URLs in the description of this JIRA.
