Well it's a tricky question. This feature request was exactly about adding `Preferences` to the context menu. However, it a bit breaks the native design, as you mentioned. IMHO it should be there for simplicity and usability. + upstream bugs like JBIDE-16965 make it in some way essential. WDYT?
