I cannot change the way Eclipse's search algorithms work, but now when you search for "jbosstools" or "jboss tools" you will find in both cases the latest JBT 4.2 (Luna) and JBDS 8 (Luna) entries in the Eclipse Marketplace. 

Not fixing for Kepler, Juno, Indigo, Helios, etc.
