[~nickboldt] I've created a new favicon.

There seems to be some oddities in the URL.

1) There are two directories on static; "jbosstools and "tools". Since the proper name for the project is "JBoss Tools", it seems we should use that directory.
2) The URL you are using has the "images" directory in front of the project.

It should be: http://static.jboss.org/jbosstools/images/favicon.ico

[~unibrew] You have any thoughts on #1?
