You have painted the red line just below the S letter for "Start ..." string, i.e., below the font baseline.
The "J" letter (JBoss Buzz) has a font descent and you have painted the red line below the font descent.
If you paint the red line just below the B letter (JBoss Buzz), you will see the toolbar is properly aligned.
