I checked the PRs and one remained open even though it has been applied: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-gwt/pull/8
I asked [~dgolovin] to close it.

Otherwise I randomly checked some plugins' manifests and they have the property set up. I'm not sure if I should put more effort into the verification of this.
