Since there were no objections to the PR other than "it doesn't work for community.jboss.org" I've merged it.

As to c.j.o, the banner on https://community.jboss.org/en/tools is here: https://static.jboss.org/developer/6.0.3.60ddddd/images/bridgeport/headerbg.png so it's not even the same project (developer != jbosstools).

More images on that site come from other places, such as design.jboss.org:

So... not sure where you're seeing the http://static.jboss.org/jbosstools/images/tools-banner-1180px.png banner on community.jboss.org, [~maxandersen]. Care to clarify, or shall I resolve this JIRA?
