Hi George,

one part of the problem (when verify connection is unchecked) is fixed in latest master and now it doesn't block UI.

But when 'verify connection' *is checked* I'm still blocked for 20-30s on every key stroke during the validation.  

Can you please fix it and run the validation off UI Thread? Or at least don't validate on every key stroke?
