simply do the global validation when focus is lost or on pressing next button instead of at every keystroke. At every keystroke should only validate the fields that is affected by this fields changes.

if that is not doable simply keep track of when you last did the validation and dont validate if under that grace period and do same check when focus is lost (here only validate if there were changes done in the grace period). 

I dont have from top of my head  an example since we avoid this kind of agressive validation as much as we can.
