with respect to the image/diffs  - so you do see them all be removed but the filesize are not really affected by it or how is the previous comment about not noticable size differences ?

And with sepect to org.apache/javax/com.ibm:
A) previous you said we had multiple of them, now it sounds like they are just updated qualifiers ?
B) still doesn't explain why we have com.ibm.icu in there when it is not supposed to be there https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=395003
