It could have changed but until new there was no additional info available when creating applications as [~mlabuda] pointed out. This is caused by the very fact that we're talking to a REST endpoint which only gets back once the application was created. Thus this issue looks non-solvable to me, there simply is no more output to show.

This process does take a little while, and users would be more comfortable if they could see into what is happening for a better idea of if the process is failing or still working.  A "more info" dropdown could be used on the modal to show log file information during this process.
