 24th 2014 it was annonuced on jbosstools-dev (http://lists.jboss.org/pipermail/jbosstools-dev/2014-July/009194.html) we moved to tycho 0.21 anyway - so what changes are needed ? 

Are you saying that was not done without some necessary updates to tycho-plugins ?
