There is NO information here (http://tools.jboss.org/documentation/whatsnew/jbosstools/4.2.0.Beta2.html#jst) on that we (JBoss Tools HTML Editor) support content assist in Angular Expressions. 
There IS information on content assist in Angular Tag Attribute Values.

Please, re-read carefully.
