[~pdecat] can you give us an example project that constantly redeploy for you ? 
We need to find what is triggering it for you. 

You should be able to delete all the code - it is mainly the structure and type of dependencies we are after to find what triggers it.

And yes, i've become aware of the the reload behavior regex only applying to resource on the filesystem not on actual module names - that is a separate issue though ;/
