Clarification re: signing:

Signed version comes from Luna via m2e-wtp project. See https://www.eclipse.org/m2e-wtp/download/ for update sites which contain org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver_0.16.0.201401211452-signed-20140310144306.jar rather than org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver_0.16.0.201401211452.jar

So... [~maxandersen] thinks we should be using only a RELEASED (& signed) version of an N build, if I understand him correctly.
