Seeing as there have been no objections to this plan for more than 2 weeks, I will assume that we have quorum on simplifying/merging URLs for JBDS/JBDS Central and creating a new URL for JBDS EA. Feel free to -1 the above, if you disagree, [~maxandersen], [~mickael_istria], [~dgolovin]). 

New URLs would be:
