Upcoming implementation will rely on a file listing IUs that we know are Early Access (ID/version-range list).
A default file will be bundled somewhere in one of our plugins and a URL will be provided to get updated versions of that file.
Some code in central will check whether installation contains one of the listed IUs in one of the specified versions, and in case it finds one, then we know installation contains Early Access stuff and we'll warn user.
