Oops, ignore the previous closing comment. That belong to JBIDE-16896.
But as part of that, I also verified that this JIRA is fixed as expected - when a runtime is downloaded from Server wizard, the user is shown a progress bar and has to wait for the download to complete (JBDS 8.0.0.Beta2a B106)
