Ok, I see it now, the change was made on January, 31, 2014 as fix to WFLY-2851 Fix jboss-deployment-structure.xml schema, and I previously looked into version of December 2, 2013. So, yes, schemas in org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core must be updated.
