The sashform has been added so the two pieces of this wizard can be resized relative to each other. 

Additionally, when this wizard was loaded from the 'new jboss runtime' workflow, where the user then clicks on the hyperlink to download,  the initial size of the window was terribly large and very poor UI. This has also been fixed.
