There's no JBDS 8.0.0.Beta2 currently publicly available. It is being tested by the QA team. It should be officially released in a week or so.

In the mean time, you can try using the latest candidate JBoss Tools bits for 4.2.0.Beta2  from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-build-sites.aggregate.site_4.2.luna/all/
