Updated the PR for JBIDE-17247 on master to reference org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.wtp.core and look for supported runtime IDs.

[~xcoulon] [~rob.stryker] Xavier and Rob, can you verify that this is more to your liking? Works with local testing.
