I was able to see this error message in error log without restarting Spring perspective. I had installed Spring IDE and then I restarted JBDS. After restarting I have opened a Spring perspective and there was this error in error log. 

Environment: 
JBDS 8.0.0.Beta2b
OpenJDK 1.7.0_55 b13
fedora-2.4.7.0.fc19-x86_64
