steps to reproduce:

# ASSERT: make sure you have at least 2 connections
# EXEC: launch application wizard via File->New->OpenShift->New Application
# EXEC: in Credentials dialog: select 2nd connection, provide password and hit "Next"
# EXEC: hit "Cancel"
# EXEC: Re-launch application wizard

Result:
In the credentials dialog: 1st connection is preselected

Expected result:
In the credentials dialog: 2nd connection is preselected since I used the 2nd connection in my last invocation of the wizard.
