I did use default JBoss Central site since last time it was not necessary to specify -Djboss.discovery.* vmargs parameters.

Once JBDS Beta2b Central site used org.jboss.tools.jst.jsdt plugins is not installed during HMT installation so all is fine.

I apologize for confusion.
