In my opinion, there is no issue.
For the strings: "Start from scratch" and "Start from sample", you have created a line close to the font baseline.
The "J" letter in the "JBoss Buzz" string has a descent and you have created the line close to the font descent.
The "J" (and "Q") letter is specific. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baseline_%28typography%29
If you create all the lines close to the font baseline, you will see that the toolbars are aligned properly.
