could we reset this jira and get the full list of suggested changes ? 

IMO the only thing we committed to was to change the installer name - those aren't releated to jbdevstudio.ini etc. 

And yes - the name was made short explicitly to avoid long paths issues in the past. 

Thus unless someone can outline the specific changes and why then I'm inclined to reject this as not relevant.
