I see two issues here:
A) that browsersim shows "I can Haz Cheeseburger" - that should just not happen. Couldn't this be simply logged or just tell user what is wrong and let him hide the error so he can do some work ?

B) if statusbar is critical for the demos we should add some kind of support for it.
